The sandwiches and baguettes are absolutely exquisite, the staff are so friendly and lovely to talk to. The cakes are delightful and I would definitely recommend to other. I have bought lunch here multiple times and it has without fail been wonderful. Special thanks to Bethany, lovely girl and super friendly to talk to 😁

Our 2nd year of coming here. Fantastic cakes, bread and pasties. The service is brilliant. I placed an order to take some home. After reading the review about the lardie cake, I'm going to buy this as well.

I congratulate you on producing a great West Country delicacy with such skill, so unlike the pallid offerings masquerading as lardy cake in our local outlets.Thank you- it's almost worth the 100 mile round trip to grab one or two!- Service

Smelt the Cornish pasties which were as excellent as they smelt. Local customer recommended lemon cake. So glad we followed advice. It was moist and delicious and kept for days.

Lovely Exquisite bakery! I had a cauliflower onion Pasty, a chocolate flake cake slice and an apple crumble cake slice - all were fabulous and this place is a must go to if you are in shaldon!

Just caught this bakery 20 minutes before they closed and we're so pleased we did. Everything looked delicious and the things we ordered exceeded our expectations. Our only regret is that we didn't order more!

Words won't do this bakery justice. Uglibread is mouthwatering incredible, blackcurrant flapjack is out of this world. Granary bread is perfection. no wonder it has won awards, we were regular visitors and bought it her pieces, nothing disappointed.

Thank you for supplying my order of 30 Ugli buns. They are now in my freezer back in Yorkshire! I'm very appreciative of your no hassle service. Pre ordering them meant that I wasn't going to be disappointed and they were considerately packaged so that they weren't squashed. What else can I say? Absolutely delighted and I'll see you next year when I'm back on holiday in Devon 👍😊

I've just bought some cheese straws from here and, oh my goodness, they are the best I've ever tasted! Ive eaten the whole bag because they are so delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. I think this is the start of a beautiful relationship

A blgreat traditional bakery with plenty of choice for all! The cakes here are the star of the show, traditional HUGE bakery cakes are f all varieties. We went for the pasty meal deal, under £5 for a pasty, drink and a huge cake! They do lovely, freshly prepared, sandwiches too. Can't recommend this place enough, can't wait to go back again soon!
